The Lord continues to shower His blessings by way of answering the prayers of Nana Kwadwo Tanno II and the people of Fawomanyo. At the just ended Prayer Summit 2018, one of the main prayer points, aside the ultimate transformation of lives through the liberating gospel of Christ, is that helpers and well-wishers from all over the globe be drawn to the community to positively touch lives.
The Lord has done it again by orchestrating a live changing visit by Mrs. Eva Apenteng from California in the United Stated of America. After Nana Tanno II shared the testimonies of the prayer summit, Mrs. Apenteng determined to visit the village and see how the Lord working through her can touch lives in Fawomanyo
At the scheduled date, Nana Tanno II, received Mrs Appenteng at his Accra residence, prayers were said for journey mercies and the trip was set off to Breman Fawomanyo in the Central Region. The trip was successful and Madam Eva was amazed at what the Lord was doing with the people and the atmosphere of a non-denominational Christian village.
The first stop of the team was a courtesy call on the Paramount chief of the Breman Essiam, Odeefo Afankwa III. The Omanhene warmly received Nana Tanno II and Madam Eva with the team.Nana Kwadwo Tanno II introduced Madam Eva as a “great sister” in America. After further self-introduction by Madam Eva and stating the purpose of her visit, Odeefo Afankwa III expressed gratitude to Nana Tanno II and Madam Eva, as well as the team for such a visit and expressed hope that the visit would be fruitful and great things would come out of the visit. From the palace of Omanhene, the next stop of the team was Breman Fawomanyo Christian village. The first point of call in the village was the Basic School in the community. The head teacher of the school received the team with joy and appreciation.
Nana Tanno II went with Madam Eva on a tour of the school and revealed to her some efforts made by the Head Teacher of the school in helping construct a KG class for the Basic School. Nana also showed Madam Eva the current stage of the school kitchen and how he intends to reconstruct it for the school. Madam Eva had some time to interact with the pupils and shared some few with them as well.
After the tour of the school, a meeting was held at the school where Nana Tanno II held discussions with the head teacher and the teaching staff of the school. At the meeting Madam Eva was present. Nana Tanno II appreciated the Head teacher and his staff, and introduced Madam Eva Apenteng to them. Madam Eva interacted with the head teacher and his staff where she also appreciated their efforts and encouraged them to do more in serving the school and the community with a clear mind and faithfulness. She then promised to mobilize in support for the construction of a community center for Breman Fawomanyo. This brought a a lot of smiles and encouragement to the teachers to work harder in serving the community. After the meeting, Madam Eva offered prayers for the head teacher, staff and students of the school for God’s blessing and provision.
From the school, Nana Tanno II and Madam Eva took a traversethrough the community to the Palace. At the palace, the implementation committee together withsome elders of the viallge were awaiting the arrival of Nana Tanno II and His team. Nana Tanno II engaged the people and introduced Madam Eva and her purpose for visiting the Community. She informed the elders and the Town Committee of her plans to extend a chapter of a Women Prayer Network she founded into Breman Fawomanyo. Once again, the committee and elders were glad and appreciative for the love demonstrated.
Together with Nana and his entourage, the team headed to the construction site of the new bridge linking Fawomanyo and Nsuakye. One could sense the atmosphere of hope and expectations in the eyes and voice of the people since the assumption of leadership by Nana Tanno II as a result of the the visits by well-wishers and donations, as well as the several interventions and activities that have taken place of their period.
Once again the Lord has visited Breman Fawomanyo and we say
